About Us
The Fair Grove Fire Protection District (FGFPD) encompasses 92 square miles in 4 counties including Greene, Dallas, Webster and Polk. The Fair Grove Fire Protection Districts boundaries are the same as the Fair Grove R-10 School District’s.
The FGFPD has three (3) separate fire stations and is a combination fire department. We currently have nine(9) full-time personnel and ten (10) volunteers. The main station (Station #1/Headquarters) is located at 340 W. Eagle Ridge Ct. , Greene County, MO. The northern station (Station #3) is located at 1139 State Road AA, Dallas County, MO. The southern station (Station #2) is located at 4242 State Highway KK, Greene County, MO.
Effective December 1, 2014, the new ISO Rating Classification is a Class 4 for both the city limits and county areas of the Fair Grove Fire Protection District. This includes residents in our fire district residing in Dallas, Greene, Polk and Webster counties.
In addition, our fire District currently has Automatic Mutual Aid agreements for ALL STRUCTURE FIRES with the following surrounding fire jurisdictions: Ebenezer Fire Protection District, Strafford Fire Protection District, Elkland Fire Protection District and Pleasant Hope Fire Protection District.
